Jacqueline has worked as a private consultant with such organizations as The Episcopal Church on Haiti Relief, The Damon Runyon Foundation, St. John’s Queens Hospital, and Peter Gabriel’s human rights charity, WITNESS. She started her career in the nonprofit sector at the American Museum of Natural History working on the Rose Center for Earth and Space as a special assistant to the Director of Operations. Jacqueline previously served as a congressional aide to the Honorable Henry B. Gonzalez (D-TX) on Capitol Hill.
Jacqueline holds a BA in Psychology and a double minor in Shakespeare Studies and Sociology from the University of Michigan. She was a New York City Teaching Fellow and Master’s Degree Candidate in Education from Hunter College.
She is also the co-founder of the University of Michigan Entertainment Coalition. In 2008, she served as Field Organizer for Obama for America and has written for The Huffington Post as well as Shakespeare Quarterly. Jacqueline lives in Oakland, CA
