Jacqueline Christina Noguera is a seasoned project and program management professional with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence across technology, nonprofit, and government sectors. Most recently, she has held leadership roles at Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Blue Shield of California Foundation, where she specialized in building operational infrastructure, implementing enterprise systems, and coordinating diverse stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Her expertise includes software governance, Salesforce implementation, change management, and establishing scalable processes that increase adoption and reduce costs.

Earlier in her career, Jacqueline worked as a private consultant with such organizations as The Episcopal Church on Haiti Relief, The Damon Runyon Foundation, St. John's Queens Hospital, and Peter Gabriel's human rights charity, WITNESS. She started her career in the nonprofit sector at the American Museum of Natural History working on the Rose Center for Earth and Space as a special assistant to the Director of Operations. Jacqueline previously served as a congressional aide to the Honorable Henry B. Gonzalez (D-TX) on Capitol Hill.

Jacqueline holds a BA in Psychology and a double minor in Shakespeare Studies and Sociology from the University of Michigan. She was a New York City Teaching Fellow and Master's Degree Candidate in Education from Hunter College. She is also the co-founder of the University of Michigan Entertainment Coalition. In 2008, she served as Field Organizer for Obama for America and has written for The Huffington Post as well as Shakespeare Quarterly.
